Return & Refund Policy

Every shaft we sell is built to order. Please read this before you buy.

What can be returned

  • Raw, uncut shafts only (ordered with the "RAW / No Adapter or Grip" option), unused and in original condition.
  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@golfshaftscanada.ca with your order number.

What can't be returned

  • Any shaft that has been cut to length, had an adapter installed, or been gripped. These are custom builds made to your spec and are final sale.
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Fees

  • A $20 restocking fee is deducted from your refund. It covers the original outbound shipping, which costs us more than the shipping charged at checkout.
  • You pay return shipping to us. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the shaft, we refund the purchase price minus the restocking fee to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Wrong or damaged items

If we built your order incorrectly or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge before the build starts. Because we build within 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible.
